This waiver is only to be signed for minors that are visiting without their parent or guardian on site. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the cat lounge. Minors under 15 years of age must have a parent or guardian on site with them. Teens 15 - 18 may visit without a parent or guardian present as long as a waiver is signed in advance. All other waivers are to be signed on site during your first visit! Waivers stay on file for one year, so after your first visit it will be a faster check in!
